Using real sea oats blown off the plant, I embossed the impression onto copper which is then patinated to show off the design and then coated to prevent tarnish. The copper ovals are attached to a thin piece of walnut cut in a leaf shape. They measure 1 ¼” by 1” and have sterling silver ear wires.
